While looking around on the internet i found lots of different articles for what length a band promotional video should be. As i liked the video the length it is at 7:30 minutes i wanted to see what was suitable length as i felt if i was to cut down the video then the viewer would be missing enjoyable and educational parts of the video which i feel the viewer would benefit from watching.
I found some previous made videos with good view counts to use as examples and also print screens from articles and forum rooms which i have been reading.
This is print screen form a video still which i took from one of the band promotional videos over the length. This video has over 60,000 views.
I found this graph to show what percentage stops watching a video after a given time. I found out that my video being a few minutes longer that 3-4 minutes only lowers the viewer percentage by 5-7%
